Hey Y’all! My name is Buffy. I have lived in central Texas for 30 years and recently moved to the Bastrop area a few years ago. When I re located I hooked up with another like minded and talented hair guru named Jennifer Patton. We opened Ramble On Salon, a low toxic hair salon using special hair color that has been formulated to process less fumes during your hair color appointments. We wanted to open a salon that feels relaxing and welcoming for all who seek a healthy hair lifestyle. We embrace everyone who holds respect and care for all living beings. I am so proud of our space and grateful for the community that supports us. We enjoy donating to the animal shelter and supporting the lgbtq+ community. You can catch us at a local artisan market or at the Opera house catching a play. Like Steel Magnolias! Haha we are living it out y’all.
I cut hair in Austin for a long time and you can still find me working with my friends at Ceremony Hair and Hair House salons in downtown Austin during my regularly scheduled pop ups.
I have two little Chihuahuas, a parade of wildlife friends and a magic little house in the woods. I enjoy my off time with my loving and amazing partner, Frank. We love going to small towns in the area trying cafes, antiquing and doing projects around our homes. We are nature nerds and love spending time with family and friends.
